Project Summary
This residential project was conceived as a community-driven development centred on sustainability, wellbeing and environmentally conscious living.
Approach
Oak & Stone Consultancy Ltd designed and constructed energy-efficient apartment buildings using green materials and renewable energy strategies. Communal spaces; including rooftop gardens, shared amenities and landscaped outdoor pockets; were introduced to promote social interaction, environmental awareness and a stronger sense of community identity.
Outcome
A sustainable urban neighbourhood that supports healthy living, reduces environmental impact and brings residents together through thoughtfully designed shared spaces.
